Shipping options & costs
Free Shipping: standard shipping is free on all products, with no minimum order value, to all destinations available at checkout.
Expedited Shipping Service: a flat $60 USD per order to all destinations available at checkout, with no weight or order-value conditions. Select this option at checkout.
Both Free Shipping and Expedited Shipping have the same handling time: 1–2 business days before dispatch. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Handling time is separate from the transit time after dispatch.
Expedited transit takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Including handling, the estimated total is 6–9 business days. Free standard transit depends on the destination, as listed below.
Availability depends on your delivery address and the markets we serve. The options and price shown at checkout apply to your address. If checkout does not offer delivery to your location, contact us before ordering.
Estimated standard delivery times
Orders using either Free Shipping or Expedited Shipping are prepared within 1–2 business days before dispatch. The standard transit estimates below start after dispatch and do not include this handling time.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs clearance, carrier capacity and local postal services can affect delivery. For a time-sensitive order, contact us before purchasing.
Follow your parcel
After dispatch, we email your shipping confirmation and tracking number. Carrier updates can take 2–3 days to appear after the first handover. Check your confirmation email and spam folder, then follow the tracking link or enter the number on the carrier’s official website.
If tracking has not updated for more than two weeks, or delivery passes the estimated window, contact us with your order number. We can check with the shipping partner.
Customs, taxes & import duties
Gothicrock prepays import taxes and duties for orders shipped to every destination available at checkout. You do not pay import taxes or duties on delivery. If a carrier requests an import payment, contact us before paying so we can resolve it.
Parcels remain subject to customs inspections and destination restrictions. We accurately declare the goods and their value; commercial orders are not declared as gifts to avoid tax.
Address changes & delivery problems
Please check your full delivery address before paying. If it needs correcting, contact us immediately. We will check whether the order can still be changed before dispatch. Once a parcel is in transit, changing its destination may not be possible.
If delivery fails because an address is incomplete or a parcel is unclaimed, contact us to review what happened. Any proposed reshipping cost will be explained before you agree. Applicable consumer rights remain in place.
If your order does not arrive
If your parcel has not arrived 45 days after dispatch, contact us. We will investigate the tracking and carrier status and issue a full refund when non-delivery is confirmed. Allow a few days for the investigation.
This process does not take away an earlier right to a remedy for late or missing delivery under applicable consumer law. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and see our Return & Refund Policy.
