Shipping & tracking

Orders ship from Bangkok, Thailand. Handling time is 1–2 business days for both Free Shipping and Expedited Shipping, before dispatch. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Free Shipping is available on all products with no minimum order value. Standard transit time depends on your destination. Expedited Shipping Service costs $60 USD per order and takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, or an estimated 6–9 business days including handling. Choose your shipping service at checkout; delivery is available to the destinations offered there.

45 days to start a return

Contact us within 45 days of delivery for an eligible return. Read the conditions, refund timing, return postage and separate EU/EEA withdrawal rights before posting anything back.

Where is my tracking number?

We email tracking after dispatch. It may take 2–3 days for a carrier's first updates to appear. Check your confirmation email and spam folder, or contact us with your order number.

Can I change my delivery address?

Email us as soon as you notice an error. We will check whether the order can still be updated before dispatch. Address changes may not be possible once a parcel is in transit.

What if my order does not arrive?

Contact us after the estimated window or if tracking appears stalled. If it has not arrived 45 days after dispatch, we investigate with the carrier and issue a full refund when non-delivery is confirmed. Your statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.

Can I return a ring that does not fit?

Yes, a wrong size is a valid reason for an eligible 45-day return. The item must be unused and unaltered. Contact us before posting it back, and use our ring size chart to help choose another size.

How do I pay?

Gothicrock supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay and Google Pay, subject to eligibility at checkout. See Payment Methods.
