By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms where they apply. Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of the purchase terms. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information processing.
2. Using the store
You must have the legal capacity to enter a purchase contract. If a minor uses the store, a parent or guardian must provide any authorization required by applicable law. Provide accurate contact, delivery and billing information, and keep any account credentials secure.
Do not use the store unlawfully, submit fraudulent orders, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property, upload malicious code, collect other users’ personal information without authorization or interfere with the store’s security or operation. We may restrict access or cancel an order where reasonably necessary to address fraud, illegal use or a breach of these terms, subject to applicable law.
3. Product information
Read the description, material, measurements, size options and price for the specific item you are ordering. Product photos show design details; display settings and lighting can affect how a color appears. Small variations in natural materials or hand finishing may occur, but goods must still match their description and any applicable legal requirements.
Availability and prices may change for future orders. If we discover a material error or cannot supply an ordered item, we will contact you about the available options. We will not substitute a materially different item or charge a higher price without your agreement. If an order is cancelled and payment was taken, we will refund the cancelled amount.
4. Orders, payment & currency
Review the items, sizes, delivery address, currency and final total before submitting your order. Order confirmation records the details submitted; we may need to verify payment, availability or an address before dispatch. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.
Pay using a method offered at checkout. Our base currency is USD; the checkout identifies the currency and amount for your transaction. Your bank may apply conversion or international transaction charges. See our Payment Methods page for the currently enabled options.
The checkout shows shipping charges and any taxes or duties collected there. Destination authorities may assess import charges that were not collected at checkout, as explained in the Shipping Policy.
5. Shipping, changes & cancellations
Delivery options, charges, processing times and estimated transit windows are set out in our Shipping Policy and checkout. Transit estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; customs, public holidays and carrier delays may affect delivery. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory delivery rights.
If you want to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether it can be stopped before dispatch. Once shipped, an address change or cancellation may not be possible through the carrier; your applicable return or withdrawal rights still remain.
6. Returns, refunds & faulty goods
Our voluntary return window is 45 days from delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. That policy also explains refund timing, return postage and EU/EEA withdrawal rights.
Legal rights for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or undelivered goods apply independently of the voluntary return window. Contact us about a problem so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. No wording in these terms excludes a mandatory consumer guarantee.
7. Privacy & third-party services
Our Privacy Policy covers the collection, use and sharing of personal information. It takes priority on personal information matters if wording elsewhere conflicts. Cookie and advertising choices are explained in the policy and on Your Privacy Choices.
Shopify powers the store; payment providers, carriers and other service providers support transactions and delivery. Third-party websites and optional services may have separate terms and privacy notices. Review those when you choose to use them. We remain responsible for obligations that the law places on us as your seller.
8. Website content & submissions
Store branding, text, designs and images belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use the website to browse and shop; other copying or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by law.
If you submit a review or other content for public display, make sure you have the right to share it and that it reflects your experience. You grant us permission to display and format it for that purpose. We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive or rights-infringing submissions. We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from use of a consumer purchase.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or your mandatory rights relating to goods, delivery, refunds and data protection. Where applicable law gives you greater protection, that law takes priority.
10. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. This choice does not prevent you from using a court, regulator or remedy available to you under mandatory law.
For an order dispute or complaint, contact us with the order number and a description of the problem. We will review it and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
11. Changes & interpretation
We may update these terms for future use of the store. We will show the effective date and provide any notice required by law. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights arising from an existing order.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where legally possible. A delay in exercising a right does not waive that right. These terms and the applicable policies record the conditions of using and purchasing through this store, subject to any mandatory law and specific agreement with you.
