Wrong fit or a change of mind? You have 45 days from delivery to start a return. Tell us what you ordered and we will guide you through the next step.

What can be returned?
For our voluntary 45-day return offer, items must be unused, unaltered and in the same condition as received. A wrong size or a change of mind is a valid reason. Keep the packaging and any included accessories so you can send the piece back safely.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a description. Photos can help us assess the issue. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and any necessary return instructions. Conditions for change-of-mind returns do not limit your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
Three steps to a return
Tell us about your order
Email gothicrockjewelry@gmail.com within 45 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item and whether you want to return it because of fit, preference or a problem.
Protect the details
Pack the item securely with its accessories and a note showing your order number. Wait for the correct return instructions before posting a voluntary return.
Keep proof of postage
Use a tracked service where possible and keep your receipt. Complete customs documents accurately, identifying the parcel as returned merchandise where applicable and using the required truthful value.

Refund amount & timing
For an eligible voluntary return, we refund the full product price to your original payment method. We normally process the refund within 3 business days after receiving and checking the return. Allow a further 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to show the credit.
- Restocking fee: none.
- Change-of-mind return postage: paid by the customer.
- Optional express shipping: normally non-refundable for a change-of-mind return.
- Customs charges: charges paid directly to a customs authority are not refunded by us; contact that authority about any available reimbursement.
Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover necessary return costs when required by applicable law and confirm the arrangements with you. These terms do not remove any right to recover delivery charges or other amounts under consumer law.
Need another size or design?
We handle exchanges by refunding an eligible return and placing a separate new order. Contact us first if you need help choosing a different size, and check our ring size chart.
If an order does not arrive
Contact us if delivery passes the estimated window or tracking appears stalled. If your parcel has not arrived 45 days after dispatch, we investigate with the carrier and issue a full refund when non-delivery is confirmed. This process does not require you to wait longer than any remedy or deadline available under applicable consumer law.
EU & EEA right of withdrawal
If EU or EEA consumer withdrawal rules apply to your purchase, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. For an order delivered in separate parts, the period starts when you receive the last item. If the deadline ends on a weekend or public holiday, it extends to the next working day.

Send the goods back within 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing. You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind withdrawal. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; you are responsible only for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
We reimburse the amount paid, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days after you notify us. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first. Additional costs for an optional express upgrade are not included. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
Your statutory rights remain
Our 45-day return offer is additional to your statutory rights. It does not replace legal guarantees, remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods, or cancellation and delivery rights that apply where you live. Where those rights provide greater protection, they take priority.
